Texlima’s website is at your disposal as long as you accept, without modification, the terms, conditions and notices.
Texlima reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and prices without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery
-All orders will be prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 3 pm.
-Orders placed after 3 pm will be prepared on the next working day.
-Orders will be carefully packed by our team so that the products reach the destination in good condition and while optimizing shipping fees.
-Shipping fees are based on the box dimension, weight and the shipping address. Our team always works to keep the shipping fees as low as possible.
-It is possible for you to put your carrier preferences and your account number when you choose your delivery method.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Texlima will refund your merchandise within the 30 days following its date of purchase under these conditions:
- Product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- If it’s not a product that has been cut, modified or tailored.
- Return shipping charges are the customer responsibility.

Defective or Damaged products
- Texlima will refund or exchange any spotted, defective or damaged products, free of charge.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the order before accepting it from the delivery service. If the items are damaged, customer must not accept it. Damages that have occured during transportation will be reclaimed to the carrier.
- Customers must contact our customer service to get return shipping instructions.

Security & Confidentiality
For us, security and confidentiality are a serious concern. This is why we’ve put up some initiatives and are working with the highest norms to ensure the security of information provided by customers during a transaction.

However, no security measure is guaranteed and you must be aware that there are risks that the personal information you provide to Texlima could be disclosed without your consent and without fault on the part of Texlima. Except in cases of negligence, Texlima declines any responsibility given the fact that such confidential information may be disclosed.
